In-house scanning coupled with advanced CAD/CAM for reverse engineering of motorsport parts when original replacements or drawings are not available.

Delivery has been taken of a new state of the art DN Solutions DNM5700 milling machine with in-built Renishaw probing and tool setting.
The machine has a table size of 1300 x 570 mm and a bed travel of 1050 x 570 x 510 mm [x, y, z]. Maximum workpiece weight is 1000kg.

Two staff have been fully trained and the machine is in full use.
