Reverse Engineering

Strive have facilities to assist with manufacture of high-end motorsport parts where original replacements or design details are no longer available. This is a common issue with historic and limited production run vehicles.

Strive have in-house 3D scanning facilities and advanced CAD/CAM tools, coupled with engineering expertise to fully understand the customer’s requirements.

Above: Customer required a modification to the profile of a turbo expander. Strive scanned the original and modified the CAD. A 3D part was then printed for customer design approval prior to final manufacture.
